Fire Evacuation Reporting

The Focus system keeps a real-time update of all employees on your premises throughout the working day. In the event of a fire, a report is automatically generated at the place of your choice (usually close to the fire assembly point) so that you may immediately check off those present against those currently in the building.

The report can be sent to one or more different printers on your network.

In the case of the HRX series, a direct link can be created with the terminal and a dedicated printer.

This means that a computer is unnecessary for the feature to work. If, for example, there is a fire in your Server Room, or your network is down for any reason, the report will still be generated.

The report itself is printed as text only to ensure that it is produced as quickly and effortlessly as possible.
