Time and Attendance Installation and Training

Our full systems include installation of both software and hardware, plus whatever initial training on the system is necessary. You may wish for this to be with an individual or a group – it is completely up to you. If necessary further training can be arranged to suit.

The HRX 1000 Lite system is designed to be self-install. We provide everything you need to get the system up and running. That said, we provide telephone and online support for any problems or questions.

With our systems we provide Software and Hardware Support Licenses.

The Software Support License gives you unlimited phone technical support, as well as online help. It guarantees that we will solve any problems you may be encountering with your software. It also covers an unlimited amount of free software updates as and when they become available, so your software will evolve over time.

The Hardware Support License covers on-site maintenance and repairs of our hardware products. No need to send the product to a central facility, we’ll come to you.
